I brilliant location most of the sights to see are in walking distance, gorgeous decor throughout the hotel but the odd thing could do with touching up but only if I’m being really fussy. Would definitely go back again.

Radisson Hotel York
Riverside hotel, easy walk into York centre. Good breakfast choices. Messy check in but apart from that a nice stay, comfy bed in a cosy room, bar area had a great view over the Ouse.

Everything was great, two small issues, parking is basically none existent especially for blue badge holders even for loading and unloading on arrival and departing there is nothing. Delta Hotels by Marriott York
I had a lovely clean room with a fridge didn’t have breakfast, the parking was £7 a night. The swimming pool was open from 6am to 11pm so I had a swim most nights from 9pm for an hour, went to Harrogate on train and bus into York outside hotel and Whitby by car had a lovely stay.

Novotel York Centre
Staff were really friendly at check in. Room was beautiful and clean. The thing that let it down was the bathroom as it was an accessible bathroom which wasn’t asked for or required and made it difficult for me being 6’3 due to the low sink and shower/bath configuration.
