needed a well needed rest after a busy year.After a long search of hotels around york we found this beautiful cottage just outside york,and needless to say it was just what we needed.lovely cottaged estate.we booked the 3 bedroomed cottage,fairview i think it was called.beautiful inside and out.no expense spared on the inside,very relaxing.we are already thinking about booking next year.would highly recommend.

Was really lovely cottage not enough seating for a family of four to sprawl on the sofa and really could do with air con would be unbearable in the summer Beautiful cottage though really thoughtful touches that made it special like Prosecco milk butter and bread on arrival Very friendly hosts

Best place I’ve stayed by far

The place was amazing and secluded but close enough to the city centre so was a very nice. Excellent scenery and very lovely accommodation was worth every penny

Holiday with Grand Children.

What an absolute gem of a find. We had a 2 bedroom cottage. Really well done out with everything you need. Beautifully furnished with no expense spared, all top quality from very comfy beds, bed linen, fluffy towels etc. Well equipped kitchen. Was met by the lovely owner on arrival. Just a few miles from the attractions of York with a choice of Park and Ride nearby and nice pubs with lovely food.Would definitely visit again.
