"Basic, small - air conditioning was broken and it was 33 degrees outside, when I asked for a fan I was told I couldn’t have one, I asked for an alternative room and I was told to take all of my things out of my room the following morning and leave it all with the reception so that they remember to find me an alternative room - terrible do not stay here it’s an embarrassment to Hilton hotels and I’m an Honors member that has stayed in many around the world."
