Great location. Across from train station. So much to do at hotel. Only issue was we thought we had paid for breakfast. Ended up being over $50 a day fo two people. Recommend checking in advance

Staff service was excellent. Room was nice and clean. View of the Tokyo Tower from our room was great. Tried the set course dinner at its Japanese restaurant and the food was disappointing - considering the high price we expected something better.

Front desk staff were helpful and assisted us with self check in. We sent suitcases ahead and they were waiting for us in our assigned room. Room was clean and shower was hot.
