"Room was small but had everything you needed for a nights stay. Staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to help. We could not use the shuttle to get from the airport to the hotel and ended up taking a taxi. Front desk arranged a taxi to the cruise port next day. "

"Husband and I stayed here for 2 nights before boarding a cruise ship, worked great for us. Comfortable clean room, great location. My Starbucks was minutes away, lots of food choices within 10 minutes walking. Only issue is I had troubles with WiFi but I’m sure it was operator error! Staff graciously let us check in a bit early and was able to pay $4500 yen to stay 3 hours past check out so we could go straight to cruise ship, worked great! I would stay again for sure!"

"Breakfast was served at the ball room during the holiday season and it was disappointing. Overall, it felt quite compact. It was a bit disappointing that there wasn’t much of a Hawaiian-style branding or a sense of relaxation. "
