"Husband and I stayed here for 2 nights before boarding a cruise ship, worked great for us. Comfortable clean room, great location. My Starbucks was minutes away, lots of food choices within 10 minutes walking. Only issue is I had troubles with WiFi but I’m sure it was operator error! Staff graciously let us check in a bit early and was able to pay $4500 yen to stay 3 hours past check out so we could go straight to cruise ship, worked great! I would stay again for sure!"

"Breakfast was served at the ball room during the holiday season and it was disappointing. Overall, it felt quite compact. It was a bit disappointing that there wasn’t much of a Hawaiian-style branding or a sense of relaxation. "

"Location is excellent! Close to shops and main train stations for all the train lines. The Staff are very friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel. If I have a chance to visit Yokohama, I’ll definitely book a room again. Thank you for your hard work and hospitality."
