"This is an excellent 5 star hotel with prices 20% cheaper on average than the Western hotels. The rooms are very spacious and you have a good chance of getting a view of the Ferris wheel and waterfront. Underground access connects you to Mark IS, Minatomirai station, Queens Tower, and Landmark Plaza so you don’t have to worry about getting wet, cold, or hot if you use the underground. Lots of shops and eateries there too. I can’t imagine there is a better place to stay in Yokohama. "

"This is an outstanding hotel! I wish I had known about it sooner. I’ve traveled to Yokohama many times and stayed at a variety of hotels; this one is hands down the best! As a coffee lover, the Nespresso machines at check-in and on the 7th floor were the perfect touch to my stay. I also appreciated the gym, lounge, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel. This will be my preferred hotel from now on when I visit Yokohama. Special mention to Riku-san for his outstanding service when we were checking in. "
