"Clean and great location"

"The outside staircase was rusty. The fireplace in the room did not work and screen was broken. The furnace was very very loud. The breakfast Sunday morning was awful. And we paid over $300. We stay in Homewood suites all over the US and this was by far the worst. You should be ashamed of yourselves."

"Clean rooms, breakfast was pretty decent, enough parking. What they should improve on at least have a bottle or two of drinking water in a room. Seems like it's Indian owned they were pretty courteous apart from the night shifts who need a little training on customer service."

"Room was fine. Housekeeping could do a better job cleaning the hairs off the bathroom floors. However, the breakfast was absolutely terrible. We stay in a lot of hotels so when I say that it’s one of the worst, it really is! We went down with plenty of time both days and they were out of a lot of items and unwilling to replace them, even when asked. Their signature item is the breakfast sandwich, but the bagel and biscuits are dry as a bone, the egg patties are dry and cold and there was absolutely no cheese. I decided to go for the oatmeal instead. That was in a big clump and dry too. Just bad all around. I’ve stayed in Home 2 Suites in other locations and we haven’t experienced this issue with the breakfast. This was inedible. Other than that, the stay was fine. Nothing remarkable. I had much higher hopes."

"The room was just very terrible. Smells of smoking and was very uncomfortable. Booked for two night, but left after one night. Also, the rooms are not as they are online. I would advice against staying here."

"Staff was great. First off, my key had to be reprogrammed. The reason we chose this hotel was because it had a laundry. The washer was broken so we could not use it. Yuk. Had to go back down stairs to get help getting on their internet. The rest of the stay was great. Good location. "
