"We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this Coorg resort — truly one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had. We came as a family to celebrate two 75th birthdays, and the entire team made it effortless, joyful, and deeply special. From the moment we arrived, the staff took care of everything with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. A heartfelt thank you to Chef Mathii, Dubey, and Vivek — you were outstanding and made us feel truly looked after throughout the stay. What touched us most was how thoughtful the team was about the celebrations. They didn’t just acknowledge the birthdays — they created real moments. We were surprised with beautiful birthday setups with balloons and decorations, and they even baked cakes for three people in our group. It felt personal and far beyond what we expected. Our elders were smiling the entire time. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, and the resort is wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by nature. The activities were a big highlight, and the staff made everything smooth: Sanjay guided our nature walk and birdwatching beautifully, and Sameer made the shooting activity fun, safe, and easy for first-timers. The petting zoo was a delight, golf was well organized, and the movie theater made evenings extra special. Special mention again to Chef Mathii for authentic Coorgi dishes — full of flavor, fresh, and comforting. The bar and wine cellar added a premium touch to the celebrations. Highly recommended. "

"Can’t say enough good things about Rosetta, its excellent staff and superior food and ambience. Nestled amidst a 100 acre coffee estate, this resort has high standards in guest experiences. We had great breakfast, lunch and fantastic massages and scrub at the spa. They feed you non-stop at breakfast, lunch and high tea and you can work it off walking their beautiful property. Minor feedback for the outdoor shower, which is fantastic, but doesn’t have soap nearby. The quality of toilet paper could be better. Overall one of the best experiences we have had in all our travels."

"We had an amazing and comfortable stay at Hong Sau Resort, and it delivered more than what it promised. The landscape around the resort is surreal and allows plenty of space to move around nature and explore. We opted for the Breakfast Buffet, and the spread was quite satisfying and enjoyable. A special shoutout to Ansan, Sanjay, and Darshan for their constant support, prompt assistance, and for going the extra mile to make our stay genuinely memorable. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"

"If you've had your fill of manicured gardens and fake waterbodies, time to step out to Aavarana for an authentic tryst with nature in its raw beauty. Backed by customer friendly service, simple home cooked food and accompanied by great natural vistas. But be aware - the access isn't as friendly. The internet is patchy and there's no TV. On the other hand, this could be the perfect detox for our digital weary minds."

"Amazing property , really great service . We had a great time , the waterfalls and the landscape was simply mesmerizing . I had taken the meals package and the spread is mind blowing . Only one small issue we faced was that there was frequent power switches which might be a little irritating especially if you are watching something on TV. Also Monsoon , while the property looks amazing .. not much activities to do due to the rain."

"AC and WiFi connection was not working during check-In. AC got repaired by Evening and got Wi-Fi comnection next day morning. Property is in good condition and swimming pool is also maintained."
