Lovely and colourful room in a quirky, proud little town. Our room wasn't big although had very tall ceilings so plenty of airy space, and very well appointed. It had a kitchenette area as a bonus which included a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and sink; a beautiful bathroom with a good tub and shower; a very useful wrought iron daybed opposite a comfortable double with plenty of scatter cushions and gorgeous fabrics. Nice enough hotel. Only real issue was the room lighting, far too dim even with all of the lights on. Our room appears to have been recently refurbished, so was reasonably modern. Breakfast was the usual for this type of accommodation, namely juices, cereals, a hot selection as well as bagels and coffee, as expected.
