Pan Pacific Suzhou

Suzhou Old Town

10/10 Excellent

Great hotel in Suzhou built in Chinese style with lovely gardens, rooms on 4 levels spread across the building. Fairly central for visiting Suzhou with easy access to the metro and walking distance to Shiquan street lined with restaurants and shops. Recommend an evening walk in the Pan Gate scenic area which is open to guests until 9pm. Fantastic breakfast with a broad selection of food to cater to all tastes. The only observation would be to try and reduce the noise produced by the robots that...

Cendre Hotel

Gusu District

10/10 Excellent

What an excellent stay! The staff were super helpful and kind. We were provided with recommended local attractions to visit and local restaurants to try in Suzhou. The free laundry facilities were also extremely handy given we were travelling light. The rooms were good sized and very clean. Another particularly helpful feature in the room was that the windows were fitted with mosquito netting that kept the bugs away while we enjoy some of the autumnal breeze in the evenings. Thank you so much...

Shangri-La Yuanqu, Suzhou

Suzhou Industrial Park

10/10 Excellent

An excellent stay, despite a few initial issues. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and helpful and the room was truly lovely. The horizon lounge was comfortable though the buffet was aimed toward the Chinese clientele (quite understandably, as we were pretty much the one western family there) - and nice to have drinks available. The gym and pool was high specced and clean. All in all, a lovely stay and we look forward to coming back.
