"The hotel was clean. Our room was actually a little bigger than previous rooms at other Hampton Inns. The pool was really clean. The breakfast options were a little simpler than previous stays with the same company at other locations, but the quality was high. It seems like this location has plenty of rooms, but maybe less guests regularly use the breakfast option. All items were fresh. The entire breakfast area was really clean. There is ample parking behind the building. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The cleaning staff were all very polite as well. "

"For a budget hotel it was everything I expected in the sense of cleanliness. Weird smell but that’s normal. Staff was nice, helped me when I locked myself out. $50 refundable surcharge was not known to be. My biggest riff was at night other people were in the hall fighting threatening to kill eachother and this and that. Of course I decided to go out in my car because I needed water when I came back that situation was happening. I had to stand in the starewell at 1:30 am while the situation unfolded. Not necessarily the hotels fault but still. OH and the mini fridge didn’t work"

"Airport shuttle great , friendly picks you up pretty quick from the airport once you call . Hsve used them 3 times so far Easy Off and easy on interstate 94"

"Room was lovely, quiet and warm during the temperature drop. However, the fridge did not have a freezer, it was obviously broken and needs the whole unit replaced unless you can re-install a freezer into the existing unit. I needed ice, and that didn't happen."

"Worst hotel I have ever been to. We walked out and stayed somewhere else. Pictures do not match what is actually there so I assume they are old or used AI. The room smelled like an ashtray. Floor was visibly dirty and peeling up. Walls dirty and chipped away. Patched hole that was never painted. There were 3 small lumpy pillows in the middle of the bed with a stained comforter. Mattress was disgustingly stained and had black dirt that appeared like bug droppings. I would not wish that room on an enemy. This place needs some serious work and new management. "
