"The were great. We needed two rooms and they were able to put us beside each other. Staff kept our luggage so we could spend the day looking around before going to our next location. "

"Very nice corridor with classic music at a low volume. Double entry doors that bring down the outside noise. It has a small entrance space between those doors. Nicely decorated and spacious room. A choice of drinks and other stuff you might need in small vending machines inside the room. AC and heating working well. Ensuite sauna, jet-bath, shower, separate bathroom and sink. Microwave, kettle, different glasses and plates, sets of assorted coffee and tea.. Very clean. The only reason of 4 stars...

"Nice place to stay if you want a more tradional place. The staff were very polite and nice even if they didn’t speak English. A good place to stay if you have a short term trip in Nara. "

"We had a lovely time here! We were travelling by public transport, and this spot is a little of out of the way, but they sent a shuttle to the train station and it was easy to arrive. It was not clear from their website that the restaurant would not be open for dinner, and the closest restaurant by foot (other than McDonald's) was a 30 minute walk away. That was no problem; we had a nice walk, a great dinner, and really loved the onsen!"

"Not only was the property clean, easy to locate, walkable and quiet but the lady who runs the hotel is an absolute sweetheart. The breakfast she made us was better than a lot of the food I was eating at restaurants. I would recommend this stay to anyone. "
