"Great adventure, kids liked it. Room is not perfect, and best for 2-3 people though 4-5 can sleep. We had a good stay. Staff is very friendly and accomodating, 5 stars for them. "

"Absolutely gorgeous place, super close to Nara park. After hiking to Mount Wakakusa my wife and I enjoyed the private hot springs. It was surreal enjoying the hot water while listening to the rain in the rock garden area. We would definitely come back if we find ourselves in Nara. "

"The staff are fabulous, very attentive and customer focused. We had an outdoor private bath which was wonderful and highly recommended. Our one complaint is the beds (futon) they were very thin and hard. We did not sleep well. "

Centara Grand Hotel Osaka
10/10 Excellent
"Had the most amazing stay here. Booked a mother daughter massage that was perfection. Hotel has unbeatable location. Everything about it is great. The only thing i wish I had asked for was a room higher up only because we could hear the occasional train passing by. Otherwise, great location, spacious rooms, wonderful spa, and yummy breakfast. "
"The stay was amazing, the staff even let us stay later for late checkout at 2pm since our flight didn’t leave till later. The bedrooms are comfortable and we had the best beautiful views. The head bartender at 36 is such a great and wholesome guy. We love swissotel and all the staff. Many blessings to you all and I hope we can stay again at your beautiful hotel. Thank you for making our stay memorable our first time in Japan."
"Great location, right next to Kitigawa station. Family mart next door and tons of restaurants in close proximity. Room was comfortable and the hotel had a fancy vibe. Restaurant in the hotel was not great, but good if you're in a pinch"
"Newer business hotel. Room sizes are exactly what to expect from a business hotel. Room is clean and hotel is quiet. Only negative is the onsite steak house. We ordered a tomahawk, among other things, and it was absolutely awful."
"Quiet, Clean, and in a great spot for things to do. The check in/out process is super easy and straightforward. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka!"
