"Room was clean but small. The reason I booked it was because it looked like there was a fun terrace/lounge. The terrace was a small rooftop thing but no bar. The bar was on the first floor and both nights I was there it was reserved for a company event who had booked it so I couldn’t enjoy it. Also ..."

Mercure Tokyo Haneda Airport
"My only complaint was the shuttle. The seats were way too short, especially those of average European height (I'm 6 feet tall). There was no air conditioning. Given the hotel's level of service, they could do a better job on the shuttle."
