The location of the hotel is convenient to 熊之湯 ski site with a walking distance of 3 minutes. The onsen itself is of good standard however the facilities within the onsen is inadequate. There are no face tissues, drinking water in the onsen and it’s so cold there. The dinner is nice and has enough food and variety. The breakfast doesn’t fit my appetite. Ski rental is available but the boots are a bit old. Staff is friendly and helpful.

リニューアルされたコンドミニアムタイプのお部屋に3泊しましたが、設備や間取り、ルームクリーニングなど行き届き、とても気持ちよく過ごさせていただきました。 貸切風呂も泉質、空間ともに最高です。

スキーで利用しました。 一ノ瀬等へのアクセスは多少の不便さはありますが，バスで移動できるので問題ありません。 旅館スタッフの対応も親切でとても良かったです。

スキヤーズホテルとしていい
部屋の大きさは十分でした。しかし、寝具はお粗末です。枕が悪く眠れずに困りました。 食事は十分な種類でした。

古いホテルだから建物の古さはありましたが、夕食も朝食良かった。夕食のご飯がお櫃の中で冷めていたので温かかったらもっと良かった。朝食のバイキングは広くてあまり並ばなくて良かった。部屋に付いているユニットバスが余りにも狭くてお風呂は大浴場があるからいいけど、トイレに入るのが壁にぶつかりそうで大変でした。この値段で二食付なら文句はありません。また泊まりたいです。
