ISG Sabiha Gokcen Airport Hotel - Special Class

"Stayed overnight on way from Australia to UK. This hotel exceeded expectations. So close to the terminal - short walk and it’s fresh and new. I was initially allocated a room that smelt of cigarette smoke ( despite being non-smoking) but the guy at the desk ( Usan ? ) changed it immediately and was very apologetic. Am staying on the way back too - and looking forward to it."

"The hotel was good, we only stayed the night. Customer service was good at the hotel. The shuttle service was poorly managed before we arrived. No communication was recieved abd we had to take a taxi to the hotel ourselves. English was limited. Shuttle service is every hour until midnight once you are at the hotel. We used it as a stopover close to the Sabiha Gorken airport.it is around 45 minutes from the Istanbul sights. Clean rooms."

"The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The outdoor swimming pool and the spa were excellent. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. I would definitely recommend this hotel. One suggestion: you don't have to have dinner at the hotel. There are probably better restaurants nearby offering better quality and value for money."
