First Time to be stolen by the hotel with the agreenace of the manager
When I reach the property they told me that there is no booking in my name
And I booked non refundable and told me the hotel is fully booked and no room for me
I had to take the luggage again to the car and the hotel.com service centers told me to leave and they will refund my money
Now this hotel refused to refund me and still waiting for hotel.com to bring me back my money
Was perfect, everything is great except it's kind of far from the down town, so there's no public transportation, you have to call a taxi and they get there in 10 minutes, other than that it's awesome. There's a beautiful place down the hotel in the middle of nice forest.
My stay was a good. People on reception was very nice and helped me . All the staff was nice. It near the nature. But you need to have a car to reach the location.

I made an inquiries about handicapped bathroom. To my surprise Vile Verde has handicapped rooms with all facilities!
I am impressed & I highly recommend to everyone who needs special attention. I am coming back to this extraordinary service hotel by next week for my stroke recovery !

very remote with no transportation to and from the hotel and very expressive taxi service. The hotel failed to clean the room even though we asked them to do, failed to replace the towels, or replenish the tea and coffee. The beautiful scene was overshadowed by the bad service.
