Otel çalışanları resepsiyon görevlileri hariç özellikle restaurant personelleri güler yüzlü değildi. yemek yerken sürekli başımızda bekliyorlardı. otel odaları temiz ancak ortak kullanım alanları hamam, termal havuz vs çok fazla kokuyordu. Genel anlamda bir daha gitmeyeceğim otellerden biri. İlgi alaka güleryüz resepsiyon hariç berbattı. Yemekler özellikle güzel değildi. Allah tan karşısında A101 market var. kafa dinlemek için gidilebilir , ancak otelin imkanlarından yararlanmak istiyorsanız termali berbat.

Deluxe ve standart 2 oda tuttuk. Odalar ayri bloklardaymis belirtilmedi. Deluxe odalara sadace 1 asansor var satndart odalara 3 bazen merdivenleri kullanmak zorunda kladik. Deluxe odanin genisligi iyi banyo temiz fakat agir bir koku vardi. Yemekler guzel cesit yeterli fakat musteri sayisina gore az cikiyor yada acik bufe oldugu icin insanlar abartiyor. Termal su ilk gun soguktu, ikinci gun sicaklik iyidi, ucuncu gun yine soguktu ve calismiyordu. Sahuna ve turk hamami yeterli. Cok kalabalik olmadigi icin rahat ve konforluydu. Hizmet bence guzel. Genel olarak mennun kaldik.

Otel iyi ama ciddi temizlik sorunu var

Bu otelde bir haftasonu kaldık.Gece girdiğimizde duş kabininde saç bulduk, sabah resepsiyona bildirdik. Biz odada yokken temizlikçi gelmiş, kullandığımız terlikleri alıp yenisini koymamış, ve o duş kabindeki saçlar aynı bıraktığımız gibi kalmış. Bir daha temizlikçi ve müdürü çağırdık, yarım saattır bekledik ve bulduğumuz kusurları gösterdik. Ancak öyle iş hale oldu. Ayrıca duş jeli otelde yokmuş, bize şampuan ve katı sabun verildi. Duş kabinden su kaçıyor, su geçirme problemi de var. Duş aldıktan sonra banyo havusa dönüştü ve ondan sonra küvveti kullandık. Otelin genel durumu iyi. Kaldığımız Deluxe oda gayet büyük ve rahattı. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği iyi ve çeşitliydı. SPA daki buhar odası ve jakuzi çalışmıyordu. Çatı da termal havuz var, o çok güzeldi.

Yemekler bizim damak tadımıza göre değildi üzülerek beyan etmek isterim biz bu otele retaj zamanında annemleri ve kendi ailemi olmak üzere iki defa gitmiştik tuvalet kağıdı ve şampuan yok diye lobiye inmek zorunda kaldım ki lobi numaraları yazan fihrist odada yoktu arkadaşları yönlendiriyorum dedi gelen giden olmadı odaya girdiğimizde mini barın orası düzenlenmemiş ve orda duran bardak pisti istirahate çekildiğimizde iki kere mini barın sayımı için kaldırıldım büyük bir ihtimalle personel eksiği bulunmakta

otelin durumu iyi, odalar temiz ve yeniydi ama perdeyi açınca 10 metre ötede karşı odanın gözükmesi hiç hoş değil. Yalnız buhar odaları ve spa daki jakuzi çalışmıyor. özellikle açmıyorlar galiba uzun zamandır çalışmıyormuş. yemekler fena değil ama kahvaltıdaki çay sorunu halen devam ediyor. Çay bitiyor, insanlar kuyrukta dakikalarca bekliyor aşağıdan çay gelecek diye bekletiyorlar. çatıdaki havuz ilk günümüzde çok iyiydi, sonraki günlerde aşırı sıcak oldu söylememize rağmen birşey değişmedi. ayrıca havluyu da giriş kattan spa'dan almak gerekiyormuş. Spa daki havalandırma da yetersiz, çok bunaltıyor. Termal bölgesi ufak bir yer, bu otel oradaki oteller içinde en iyilerden bir yer olarak gözüküyor. Ama fiyatına göre beklentimiz daha yüksekti.

Sitenizde 1 çift kişilik ve 1 tek kişilik yatak yazıyordu ama 2 tek kişilik yatak vardı restaurant daki ekmek kızartma makinesi 2 gün boyunca bozuktu bence bilerek yapılmış bir durum yemekler çok soğuktu tadı tuzu yoktu yılbaşında bir adam çıkardılar sahneye hiçbir şarkıyı doğrı dürüst söyleyemedi ve başımızı ağrıttı odamızı temizleyip bornozlarımızı almışlar biz söylemeden ve talep ettik 2 saat sonra getirdiler odaya girdiğimde içeride camın kenarında su bardağının içinde sigara izmaritleri vardı otelin bazı bölgeleri çok soğuktu yani vasat bir konaklama geçirdim ve tavsiye etmiyorum

From the best available in the village

Right at reception , and during check in , 2 or 3 customers were complaining which gave me a bad first impression . It took long to verify my bookin that made me a bit worried. Rooms were very small and do not justify the cost. Two persons in the room barely walk together . What is most annoying was the left over of bottomed water of the previous customer. Second when asked for iron , the hotel did not provide giving the reason that fire was caught sometimes ago and the hotel decided to remove all irons !! . The choices given was to purchase this service !!

Fairly nice hotel, poor location

For the price and the photos on-line, we expected quite a lot more from this hotel. It is nice, but fell short in several areas. The hamam and thermal pools are lovely and very relaxing. The room was quiet and clean and we enjoyed the breakfast as well. One disappointing surprise was the location - the hotel is on a crowded, busy, one-way street nestled in-between several other buildings...it is hard to access. Secondly, the pools are restricted by gender other than a few hours during mid-day, normally when most tourists are either checking out or not yet checked into their rooms. Additionally, there is no parking garage for one's car. The hotel staff kindly valet parked our car, but we actually had no idea where they took it! A bit of communication on the location of the parking options would have been helpful. Overall, the overnight stay was fine, but we are unlikely to stay there again.

No mountain, no resort, city center Islamic hotel!

This is not a resort, let alone a mountain resort. It is a street side city center hotel with some limited spa offerings. The part of the small village/town that hotel is located is very ugly. And more and most importantly, it is an ISLAMIC HOTEL, so arrange your priorities accordingly! It is a mew hotel done with an arabesque taste, which may be OK or not depending on the taste. Rooms are small, AC not working to cool, curtains never been washed so you do not want to touch them to open windows, and spider webs dangling from the ceiling. Minibar that has nothing in is right next to bed and working so noisily, you need to unplug. Parking is always a hassle with lobby personnel hassling to take your key to move the car and is a continuous source of stress for unconvincing reasons; and young guys whom you do not want to trust your car to. Breakfast mediocre. We didn't even bother to go second morning, instead paid extra outside for something decent. This is a two-three star property and if you are happy with such but willing to pay more for being in an Islamic ambiance, go for it. For us, it was a mistake that will not be repeated again.
