"A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. "Sadly the standard of bedroom did not live up to the plush reception area, with a shower that leaked heavily flooding the bathroom, poor quality towels, basic beds and bedding, old war robes and simple furnishing. "We traveled through Turkey in August and We stayed at so many different hotels in different cities. This hotel was one of the best one . I loved their hospitality, any time I need something with one simple call from the room I got it. Ozgur was so helpful polite friendly and respectful. We will definitely come back to this hotel."
