"Great place to stay in Ishigaki. The pool, spa, and shop were all quite convenient and the hotel is walking distance to the port, shops, and restaurants. My only complaint is that the hotel brings in very large tour groups and so it was always quite busy in common areas."

"Excellent location, very close to the ferry terminal and downtown. Beautiful views from the 12th floor as well! The staff was very helpful and provided ample supplies."

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The front staff lady was so kind and helped carry our heavy bags into the door and loaded them onto a cart for us to help transport to our room. Our room was very clean and great location if you want to take ferry’s to other islands (which I recommend). Parking is near the hotel for a fee and the pillows were a little firm. Overall would go back. "
