"July 15th - I give the hotel staff 5 stars, super friendly and helpful with our silly questions.
The hotel lobby and breakfast area was very nice also.
Now this is where the 4 stars come in. After driving for 8+ hours, my husband and I were very tired to say the least. We went to have dinner and then came back to the hotel about 8:30. Not sure if all the rooms are adjoining, but it was like our neighbor right next door was in our room. Heard all his phone calls, coughing and other bodily noises. Most of all the TV, it was soooo loud it was ridiculous. Hoping the dude would turn it off by 10pm but nope, just got louder. By 11:30pm i was done, i called the front desk to complain and the man i spoke to was at the guys door within 2 minutes knocking on Mr louds door… a few times and the guy never answered. Then we heard the phone ring many times and the guy still didn’t answer. Then we heard his cellphone ring and he answered. The conversation was hilarious as the man said his TV was only on 18, which we turned ours up the loud and holy crap! Finally the tv turned down but not off, awe finally fell asleep around 2am. I was not happy and extremely tired when we had to get up at 7am the next morning which was also my birthday.
Between the noise level from our neighbor in room 121 (we were in 123) and the ice machine a few steps away from our door, i couldn’t leave fast enough the next morning. But a huge kudos the man at the front desk for being proactive, i appreciate you!"
