"It’s a holiday inn so you know what you’re getting. The room wasn’t so bad, nice bathrooms and not many options in that area for foreigners. My issue is they were doing construction and it wasn’t mentioned when I booked. One of the days they shut off the power while I was in the building. The first day they were repaying and messed up my brand new shoes. My wife and I had cement on our stuff. Was insanely dusty and dirty because of construction. "The room was very comfortable and clean. Well packed with all the amenities you might need and even free snacks! There was room cleaning every day, the cleaning lady was extremely nice and polite. They also had free laundry service which was super useful. The reception staff were very helpful and kind , they helped us with all the needed reservations to the attractions! The breakfast was great, with a variety of food everyday, and the breakfast ladies were super sweet and serviceable! If we ever get the chance to come back to Beijing we would definitely stay here again!!!!reservations"
