"Even the 10 score on hotels.com and the pictures of the hotel did not prepare us for how majestic this guest house would be. It is location in a park in the middle of Xi'an so the surrounding area is out of the congested part of town,although it is a little difficult to find. As we arrived at the hotel it was like going back into a different period of China that would be fit for any Emperor. The room had grand decor with a large bath and shower to relax in. Outside our room we had our own tea...

"Nice hotel - staff friendly as they can be considered language differences- the afternoon tea provided 2:30om-5pm was a bonus. Restaurant in the evening was very tasty - especially the duck. "

Room is also comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. They provide free bkfst and even had some tea time afternoon snacks available. Highly recommend this hotel for ur next stay, "

"Staff seemed more into the Bistro side rather than hotel. Hotel clean and comfortable. Deco slightly drab, black and dark grey also as need to get to 2nd.floor to book in can be difficult "
