"My friend tasted some wine from the room and lobby in the hotel . When we checked out the front desk didn’t know how much money we needed to pay. Because we were waiting for 30 min to find out that caused us delayed. We almost miss the flight"

"The hotel entrance is off the main road; it is on the alley, where a small car can go through. Service is excellent, close to the Bell tower and metro; cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Excellent location."

"The location is very convenient, with easy access to the city's main attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and came with complimentary bottled water. Most importantly, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. One of the front desk staff members, whose last name is Zhao, provided excellent recommendations for transportation and must-see attractions. His helpful advice saved me a lot of time and made my trip much more enjoyable."
