"When we got there we got absolutely no directions to our room except it's on this side of building 2. That's great bit they didn't say you had to walk around to the other side to get into the room. The sliding glass door had hand prints all over it. The mirror in the bathroom had finger prints from when it was hung up. You knew cuz the prints were dirt prints in two corners. The gentleman at the checking was not very helpful and when we got to the room I got notification of 2 charges on my pay pal account and when questioned he got shirt with me saying it's a refundable deposit it was right on your receipt. No, my receipt, that I signed said $78.40, the second one was for $103. It took over 24 hours for them to release my money back to me so my funds were inaccessible to me. I wont be staying there ever again."
