"Staff is ok in speaking English, Manager was rude, I stayed for two plus weeks and one day while returning person at gate asked for my umbrella and I gave it to him but it was from my room and they marked as missing from my room and charged me, talking to manager was of no use"

"Walking distance location to Tongli old town was great. Unfortunately, hotel showing age and rooms not as clean as expected. It would also be nice if families were separated from non-families - the hallway was like daycare on Friday night."
