I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Check in was very efficient. Room spacious and clean. En suite shower / toilet clean too. Bed was very comfortable. Wifi worked well, without any problems. Although the car park was busy, there were plenty of parking spaces. Hotel was conveniently close to a regular bus route to Norwich city centre. Beautiful surroundings in a lovely quiet village . Hosts were very welcoming and friendly and facilities were great . The en-suite double room we had was like having your own little bedsit . TV , settee and large comfy bed . Grounds to the property were lovely with lots of trees and fishing ponds . We only stared for one night but it was spot on . I think if we had stayed any longer we would not have wanted to go home .

We picked this hotel at random whilst travelling towards Norwich just expecting an ordinary little pub. Imagine our surprise when we were shown to a roomy room with a large en suite. Also deciding to have dinner we were served a beautifully presented meal which would compete favorably with many of the restaurants in the area and beyond. The staff were friendly and well versed in the history of the area.
