"It is a little bit old, but if want to stay close to the cruises harbour for one or two nights it's ok."

"The rooms were just too cold. My inlaws had to move hotels because it was so cold and the showers were too difficult for my father in law to navigate. The hotel has such potential and though we were in a newly 'renovated' room, it had a 1990s feel still. Just seems a bit shabby for such a historic and beautiful ship. The step overs in the rooms should maybe be marked or evened out as they are a hazard. Nothing seems really clean. Walls have marks and chips from either the top down to the bottom, frayed carpet, inside closets are dirty and old. Just wasn't worth the price and we got them a different hotel after two nights. I've stayed here before and found it a bit worn down. For the parking, no food included this was a bit dear."

"Restaurant breakfast took over an hour as we wired at a table after giving our order. It was terrible!"

"I really enjoyed my stay here and recommend the hotel. The rooms were freshly renovated and very clean, as was the property. The staff was very friendly and answered every question. The only dings I can give the place is that the onsite washer and dryer was not working at the time I was there and that parking is limited (but on street parking is available). Otherwise A++!"

"Not a great place. Compared to other hotels in the area you get what u pay for. Hair in the tub. Bar soap so dry it barely lathered (bring your own). Hole in sheet. Place is old and worn. Needs updating. Great location for cruises."

"The hotel is next to a very busy intersection and was very loud especially at very early hours of morning. The a/c is located right in front of beds which is inconvenient, since you will freeze too quickly but if you turn it off it gets too stuffy. The room we got had a strange smell that wouldn’t go away even with door and window open. I did advise the front desk person and he provided me with some air freshener. Beds seem comfy"

"You get what you pay for at this location. The room was basic, a bed and a bathroom. The TV didn’t work well. The staff was accommodating. The parking situation was problematic but the manager did move his car the first night that I got in so I appreciated that. The location was safe and it was close to some coffee shops and restaurants."
