"Nice place! Friendly helpful staff! Delicious breakfast and offerings, pleasantly delighted with that when we woke up! Would come back, but the photos seem nicer online though! Only real issue was no full length mirror, its crucial!!!"

"First of all Krys at the front desk was better then excellently. Also Brian was also helpful. They gave us so much good information that made our stay wonderful. Breakfast was very good and included. The double queen room was a bit small but very clean. It had frig, microwave, coffee machine and very hot water for a great shower. Shuttle service was great, but location is only a short walk into town. You can even walk right through Congress park. I will return on my next visit to Saratoga for sure."

"This place was amazing the grounds were phenomenal. The only issues we had was the cable did not work in our room, the shower floor felt like it was caving in and unfortunately it smelled a little moldy in the bathrooms."

"Elegant classic style hotel. Attentive staff. Small annoyances, bulb was out in my tea daunt lamp. No bathroom ammeneties beyond the basics. I’m used to tooth brush kit, shaving kit etc at this price. I sent my boots down to be shined in the evening. They promised them back by 11:00 AM. Didn’t happen. I finally called to enquire and it hadn’t been handled. If I was informed I would have handled it in my own. May or may not return next year may try Batcheller Mansion"
