"Ease of registration, staff and breakfast was great"

"This is one of the best affordable and clean hotels in the area. The staff provides excellent customer service and always makes you feel welcome. It may not be a big-name hotel, but I’ve stayed here regularly while working out of town, and it’s consistently a great experience. The location is close to everything, and the view is a nice bonus."

"It’s was ok for the price. The bedding had cigarette holes in it for a non-smoking room. The coffee machine in room didn’t work either. Other than that. Great."

"The staff member that helped us check in was very rude, I am currently a year younger than needed to check into a hotel room and I didn’t realize until after I had already booked the room. So I called the hotel before I came and they had told me it was no problem, just to bring someone who was over 21 to check in, which I did, but when I arrived, the staff member that was standing at the desk started off very rude and aggressive, when I told him that I was there to check in, he said, “No you’re not, you’re not old enough.” I then tried to explain to him, that I knew that, and that I had called up there to explain the situation and when I told him that I had brought someone with me to check in, he then directed his rudeness towards that person and told them that he couldn’t do that. Thankfully there was another staff member there who helped us and was very nice and got it all situated. Very poor customer service."

"Do not book street side, very noisy from road traffic. Breakfast was good, needs more variety. Bathroom was small and cramped in shower/toilet area. Parking was very challenging and at times frustrating on weekend nights from bar patrons, hotel sits at a three way light on corner, very busy intersection."
