"The staff member that helped us check in was very rude, I am currently a year younger than needed to check into a hotel room and I didn’t realize until after I had already booked the room. So I called the hotel before I came and they had told me it was no problem, just to bring someone who was over 21 to check in, which I did, but when I arrived, the staff member that was standing at the desk started off very rude and aggressive, when I told him that I was there to check in, he said, “No you’re not, you’re not old enough.” I then tried to explain to him, that I knew that, and that I had called up there to explain the situation and when I told him that I had brought someone with me to check in, he then directed his rudeness towards that person and told them that he couldn’t do that. Thankfully there was another staff member there who helped us and was very nice and got it all situated. Very poor customer service."

"I would NEVER stay here again and I’m sorry I even trusted the reviews that said the hotel was fine. There was a domestic violence issue outside of my hotel room during our stay that lasted a good 3-4 hours. I called 3 times to complain and the manager of the hotel called the cops on them twice, nothing was done. I was asked to change rooms but I’m not taking my family out and putting everyone in danger to switch rooms when the fighting is happening outside my door. I called for a refund for that stay and the manager said I never complained and there were no issues. RIDICULOUS. Also, the floors were DISGUSTINGLY dirty. STAY AWAY from this hotel. "
