Lovely clean and comfy bed. Repair to towel rail carried out immediately. Quiet setting despite the nearness of roads. Staff on the premises very good. Bar staff and breakfast staff excellent.

Suitcase went missing for over an hour, we were in room 452 suitcase was delivered to 752. At Breakfast Sat down to eat,then got up to refill my drink returned to find it had been cleared away, so had to go up to get another breakfast.

On first night no information about the buggies - choice between steep steps or so called “ramp”which was a lounge winding and very steep path. With heart condition very difficult. ...
