Upon entering, the room smelt strongly of mould and damp. There was mould all over the bedroom window and the smell also came from the bathroom. The bathroom door latch didn't work, so the door didn't stay closed. The bathroom extractor fan is caked with dust, the bath looks like it hadn't been cleaned, ...

The property does not have air conditioning, there are no phones in the rooms so if you have an issue or need something, you have to see someone at the desk. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. The beds were hard.
