We have stayed at this hotel more than once and hotel is always clean and staff is always friendly. Pool area is clean and warm and breakfast has many options.

Wyndham Bloomington - Mall of America
Had to pay for parking which was we were not informed ahead of time. Rooms were dirty, cleaning staff acted like it was an inconviece stop vacuuming the stairs while we walked down them. Said hot breakfast was available, yeah for purchase. Wish i would have done a better job looking for other places. ...

Just horrible, everyone has their own review but heres mines towel change you have to bring your old one to change for new ones, no house cleaning after I had already requested it.
