"The bed was lower at the head, than at the foot. There was a 2nd bed, but it wasn't much better. It's comforter was lumpy. The pillows did not have inner pillow cases and there was hair in the pillow case. There was also hair left in the shower. A glue trap for pests (not sure what for)was also in the room, behind the dresser. Was at one time nicely decorated, but it is worn out. Ceiling tiles were swollen and sagging in the bathroom. Both of the front desk clerks, were friendly and apologetic. They did offer a change in room, but we decided to cancel our second night. "

"This property needs TLC. Outdoor area had quite a lot of trash. The room had furniture with holes, loose tile work in the bathroom, and stains on the ceiling. There was something smeared on the wall behind our door. Not the quality we’ve come to expect from the Holiday Inn Brand."

"Our bed had no fitted sheet and the top sheet was too small. Contacted front desk via text, but no one showed up. We checked in at 10:45 PM so we fell asleep in the bed the way it was. That is the reason for the 2 stars. Otherwise I would give it 3 stars. Hotel is old and desperately in need of update. Noisy in hall, noisy next door, and noisy above us. "
