"We stayed at the Regency the weekend of the Chicago Fan Expo, which brings a lot of people to the local hotels. We stayed at another hotel the last few years, and it seemed that hotel was not ready for the extra number of people, whether it was trying to find seating in a restaurant or having working elevators. The Regency had no issues like that. We were able to sit right down in both of their amazing restaurants, the rooms were kept very clean, the elevators worked the entire weekend, great staff, etc. We can not wait to stay there again next year."
