"The front lobby area where the check in desk was, floors were very dirty, when we checked in. Everything thing else in the room was clean and organized just fine. We enjoyed the pool and included breakfast. Staff was friendly and easy to chat with."

"It’s an older hotel and it’s one of the safer, lower cost options in town. Know that before you start judging this place too hard. No frills, but it’s a roof over head, and a place to sleep with a clean shower. The mattress was hard, but again, I just needed a place to sleep while my father is at one of the local hospitals. Plenty of food options within walking distance (but maybe drive there instead). Staff is always pleasant and I will likely stay here again (this is my third stay)"

"I specifically asked for a quiet room and got room 201 by busy sports arena boulevard. This necessitated a room change, 30 minutes of my valuable time, desk unattended ,very annoying. Keep in mind there are no safes in rooms. No bkfst either, but Ralph's just across the street, microwave in room is fine. Lots of nearby restaurants, Including a Panera in front parking lot "
