"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We chose to stay here because it is close to the airport. We needed transportation at 4am and we were told the van was full until 5:30. We had to walk to the airport with our luggage. The van was sitting at the hotel empty when we left. This is the second time this has happened. Very frustrating and disappointing."

"Very good for the price! Full hot breakfast, very convenient parking. Anything you need near by and a lot within walking distance. We were surprised to see a full mexican restaurant entrance from the hotel lobby! We enjoyed late night drinks and chips and queso. "

"From the photos on Expedia we were excited for our stay at the Inn. Upon our arrival, there was no parking where we had been instructed to park and only street parking was available. Check in was fine. When we walked into our room we discovered it not to be as pictured on Expedia. It wasn’t even the same bed as pictured and we really should have questioned why the bathroom photo only showed the top of the shower door. The street noise coming into the room was very loud. I sat down on the bed to see if it was at least comfortable and it too creaked loud enough to wake the dead. For a light sleeper this was never going to work. I looked around the room, compared it to the picture on line and realized that we were fooled by a very enhanced photo. We knew we were not going to be comfortable enough to stay in this room, even if we did sleep a little there was no way I’d use the shower. We notified them we were leaving. They did offer us two other rooms that looked more like what we had seen on line. Still being upset by the deception we decided to move on. We did request a refund based on the deception even though their site says “no refund” we thought they might do the right thing knowing the room does not look like the photo they gave to Expedia but unfortunately they did not. I have no idea how they have achieved an “Excellent” rating. "

"I had just sold my home, packed up the moving truck, and were headig to our new location the next morning. Went to check in and and was told you can't stay here, even though I had paid through Expedia. The reason I was a local and they can not allow locals to stay there. Don't ever book here. So I had to sesrch for another place for my family of 5 to stay"

"We enjoyed our girls weekend at Skylaranna, we would have enjoyed the bar or restaurant being open after our drive up but unfortunately it was not yet open for the season. I see so much potential for this beautiful property and can't wait to see how it evolves! The staff was lovely and welcoming and the spa was superior in all ways. We will definitely return."
