The rooms were clean, but very small (cruise ship size) and worn. Shower leaking out of the door. Worped flooring due to shower leaking. Bathroom and shower were all black in color a very dark.

Location of this hotel is very good and overall appearance of lobby and rooms is pleasing. Rooms were equipped with only one towel per guest, one pillow per guest and no additional blankets. Given the price of our stay there, we felt that the amenities provided wereless than adequate. On the second last day of our stay we woke up to find there was no water available. We were unable to shower or flush toilet. Water was not restored until later that evening. Staff provided no assistance or information to guests about what the problem was or when they expected it to be fixed. They just said that we were welcome to go elsewhere if we were annoyed about it. No offer of any form of compensation for inconvenience either. For all of these reasons I would never recommend this particular hotel.

Not 5 stars because notified them on the last night stay of the smell of weed in the room. Took over an hour to send someone with air fresher saying they really couldn’t anything.

Beautiful building, but inside the hotel rooms could do with bringing it up to our century. The tv is so far away from the bed, you can order room service , by using the QR code, but once you’ve checked the menu out, you then have to ring a telephone number to place your order, there is also a charge ...
