"the room looked really neglected. the walls were scratched in the lounge. the dining room chairs were uncomfortable to sit on. the bathroom walls and back of the door was dirty and dusty. we had no toilet paper or milk or extra towels. No room service for the three days we were there.
It did not feel deluxe at all.
The front staff were great and supplied us with toilet paper and milk and apologised for not supplying us with those items.
