Forest Springs Resort

"The property was beautiful and the rooms completely updated/modern. Everything clean and the amenities were beyond what we expected. Everything staff member we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and pleasant. I forgot a small bag and it was already discovered and put in the office before I even called about it. Would DEFINITELY stay there again!!"

"My review goes half-half. First 1/2: The hotel is in a good location; the room was fine, the beds were fine, and the bathroom was also clean and nice. Second 1/2: The front desk person was not nice or willing to help; I am an ADA-compliant person with limited mobility, and the order was made via Expedia (as they call 3rd party), room was under the building; there was no elevator (was in their ad), and I had to go up and down the stairs many times. I asked for a room change, which was denied (see above, 3rd party); it was a nightmare every day to go ups/downs on stairs. The TV was not working (no signal every 10 to 20 minutes), and it has not been fixed despite our request; the restaurant affiliated with the hotel was very nice, the menu was reasonable and not expensive at all. Finally, BW never gave us a 10% discount; we, as seniors and AARP members, deserved to have it. Final thoughts: read these comments before you choose to select/book this chain of hotels. And they are not cheap."

"Parking good - right in front of our room. The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. TV worked well too. Would’ve liked a couple more coffee Keurig cups, and more half-and-half. Overall it was a nice experience."

"Lovely getaway in a great location We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, and the suite was beautifully set up and full of charm. Having parking right in front of our door made arriving and heading out so easy. The service stood out too: the hosts were friendly, quick to respond, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. A wonderful spot for a relaxing weekend, and we'd happily stay again."

"My mom and I stayed in a 2 bed room on lower level. It was clean and we were comfortable and felt safe. Good location. My only complaint was the room with bathtub and toilet was very small. Hard to change clothes if you want privacy."
