"The room was extremely cute, with awesome activities located on the grounds. Check-in is very easy. You will receive a code for the door via email. That way you can go directly to your room upon arrival.
The only negative experience that we had was no fault of the staff at the hotel. It concerned the very loud people in the room above us. (I nicknamed them Stompy and Clank.) They were constantly clunking around the room, even at 2:00 AM. The room wasn't very big, so I have no idea why they needed to move around so much. Get what you need and sit your loud self down!
Overall, I recommend this unique spot. Hopefully Stompy and Clank will not be returning any time soon. 😉"
"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of free parking. An included nice breakfast and again a friendly staff. Our stay would have been much better if our room had been on the opposite side of the hotel away from the highway which is only a few yards next to the hotel. Very noisy. The hotel is better than many in the area but could use many updates. During our several day visit to different parts of the Ozark area we paid about the same price at this hotel but stayed in much nicer, updated hotels."
"The room could’ve been cleaner. There were bugs scattered in the room, the curtains were old and barely closed. However the size of the room was massive for a suite. The jacuzzi tub was amazing!! The bed…. Would’ve been comfy had it not been sinking in the middle. Killed my back the two nights we stayed. Also, when we left the door didn’t lock. We had to report it to maintenance many times and it wasn’t fixed until our 2nd day there so we could t leave anything in the room afraid it would be stolen! Super inconvenient!!! The pool was also filthy and we had to ask for them to clean it. Please do better for the prices you are charging people. Probably won’t stay here again."
"We were just looking to get away for a couple nights as a family, and this place was great. We stayed in one of the cute little duplexes on the property. It was reasonably priced and in a good location, too. The only thing we didn’t love was how thin the walls are. We could hear and smell our neighbors (very strong perfume) the whole trip. Overall, it was still a wonderful stay. Our family would definitely like to come back to stay in one of the historical cabins on the property."
