The room was large and felt spacious, everything was clean, breakfast was fresh and varied, every staff we accounted were friendly and helpful (Silvia and reception girl long dark hair)

Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham
Hotel was great, staff were brilliant, the only thing that let it down was the lack of lifts! I have had a hip replacement and we walked down from the 10th floor! All in all I would recommend and we would stay again and hope the lifts are working by then!

Easy check in, lovely welcoming greeting from reception staff. Room very clean, great amenities. Room on 6th floor, corridors clean and the whole area very quiet. Our second stay here and definitely would book here again . Highly recommend 😊
