"I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed in a suite and had a very good experience overall. I liked the size of the room and the bathroom, and the pool area was great because there was something fun for everyone. The property felt spacious, everything was clean, and I appreciated that staff called in the mornings to check if I needed anything. I am from the Caribbean and have stayed in many hotels, and although most hotels in Wisconsin Dells are not truly luxurious, this one stood out to me for being comfortable, spacious, accessible, and offering very good customer service. I would definitely return. One small suggestion would be to consider larger towels at the pool, as they felt quite small."

"We had a King standard room which had a balcony which was a nice surprise. The room was a bit smaller than I expected but very clean and looked like a brand new room. The bed was perfect, not too firm or too soft. It had all the standard amenities and the pillows were perfection. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. As with any hotel I stay in I wish they had an adult only swim time for the pool area. There were many young kids in the hot tub so it made it hard to enjoy. The attached restaurant was very nice, a little pricey and it also meant there was no free breakfast. Overall the hotel/restaurant/bar was beautifully designed. I will definitely be staying again when in the Dells."
