"Besides waiting an hour and 15 mon to check in, our stay was pleasant. It seemed everyone had the bright idea to arrive at the same time. The food at most of the restaurants there could have been better but the breakfast buffet is definitely worth a try. "

"Check in was simple and easy, staff very friendly. Didn’t enjoy the onsite food hall, seem cheap food but pay a premium for it, the hotel are happy for you to get food delivered to the hotel which a lot of people did. Kids enjoyed the pool. Plenty of places local to walk to and also free shuttle to universal studios"

"What an amazing experience at this hotel. When you first go into the hotel, the colors immediately struck my eye. Was quite clean. The staff was welcoming. Check-in starts at 4:00pm. However, I had a late flight that arrived at 11:00pm. I chatted with someone about my expected time, and she informed me that I would be alright checking in. The check-in process went smoothly. My room was ready. Overall, the hotel was quite clean. Breakfast was complimentary. And they have a lot of options to choose from. The room also has a tea maker, but tea is available throughout the day in the restaurant area. The laundry mat was also really cool. I used it twice. The pool is heated!!! I believe we stayed for six days and went to the pool four days in a row. They do have a bar and grill near the pool. They serve pretty nice beverages, chicken wings, and Mexican bowls. Of course, they had more options, but this is what I had from there. Overall, this was my second time staying at a Fairfield hotel, and I was extremely pleased with the treatment I received. I will absolutely suggest this motel to my friends and family. Thank you, Fairfield."

"Check-in process was a breeze. The room was huge and beautiful! The pool was amazing as well. There were plenty of daily activities as well for the kids. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay again!"
