Took hours to get into apartment

When i got there at about 4pm, i could not get into the building. There was no human interaction. Eventually I got hold of someone in Quebec City. I was staying in Winnipeg. I got into the building. Then I couldn't get into my apartment. The door is keyless. I needed a code. It took at this point more than an hour to get in, because the lady in Quebec was not giving me the code 3* that one needs to enter before the rest of the code. Eventually another lade in Winnipeg had to drive to the location to help me enter the apartment. She did apologize on behalf of the Quebec lady. This whole process took hours !!!! I stayed 28 days. I had to park in the street. Other cars were broken into . Luckily not mine.
