In door pool very small 5 kids in it there no room for us and the hot was right there so with screaming kids Now if they would keep it open for us older couples that would fix this

This is not a Hotel. It is primarily rental apartments. There is no reception desk. You have to call someone to come to the site to assign your room. The rooms are just that - a very small room with a very hard bed. I’d equate it to a motel 6 or a college dorm.
