Welcoming receptionist. Clean, warm, welcoming, well appointed room. Slept very well although, no noise from corridor although somewhat thin walls between rooms as could briefly hear coughing from next room. Very easy for flights to/from Heathrow

Holiday Inn London - Kensington High St. by IHG
The staff are excellent. The hotel had a gym and a pool whichbis not something many London hotels have. The rooms are small but clean. For a solo business traveler, this hotel is great value for the money. I have stayed at thia hotel before and I would return without hesitating.
