Great stay with amazing staff.

Amazing hotel!

Loved our stay. Arrived exhausted after a long flight from London, followed by a drive from JFK. Greeted warmly, offered welcome packs of water. There was system problems and they couldn’t get our room key set so offered to let us into our room with the master key, and slide room keys under the door once they fixed the system. Which they did. We had the best sleep. Comfiest hotel bed hands down. Breakfast was excellent, literally no complaints about anything it was all delicious, fresh. Every...

Stayed a few days before a wedding, the hotel was in a good location and staff were very professional

Its a lovely hotel and but let down by the rules that rooms are only serviced every 4 days in spite of requests Michael in the management team more than made up for it, Room 431 needs new lights and a bathroom that functions better . No mirrors with lights. No where to put tooth brush or soap bar etc in show. No trays at all . It's not thought through,. It has the makings of a good place and Michael was kind and helpful . We also had great help with rescue from the snow as our car was snowed in....

Very good.

Great hosts, beautiful home. Fabulous breakfast.

Large room with 2 beds, very comfortable and clean, no housekeeping while we were there, not sure if that's normal or not? Good breakfast, loads of free parking. Even tho it's a no smoking hotel, I could smell weed in the foyer and corridors. The gym and pool looked good but I didn't use them.

Clean room and good restaurant and shops

One of the less expensive options in the Hartford area but was well maintained and good value for money. While not a flashy hotel the rooms were clean and comfortable. We booked as we were attending a Hartford Yard Goats game and it was a straight forward drive from the hotel to the stadium. Would use again for a short stay in this area

Quiet room at the front hotel. No passing traffic around at night. Bed and pillows comfortable. We used the pool which was nice,we had it all to ourselves. The breakfast was much better than we expected, thought it would be cold but there were pancakes, sausages and a waffle maker as well as toast, yoghurts and cereals. More than enough choice for everyone.

Very handy for a quick stop while travelling up north. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.
