There were numerous maintenance issues in the room - broken faucetS (plural), shower door did not close, towel hook was missing, fridge did not work, issues with the TV. Bathroom was DIRTY. Toilet had not been cleaned. There was mold in the shower. We booked for 3 people (and were charged for 3 people) ...

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3
Perfect place to spend the night before we left to go back to the States. Very nice room. Great dinner. Everyone we encountered who worked there were super nice and helpful. And an easy walk to Terminal 2. What's not to love??

Last minute booking after missed connection at Heathrow. Great location close to airport on Piccadilly line with plenty of places around to eat and drink. Clean comfortable hotel.
