"The host was very easy to communicate with. She greeted us when we arrived. She was great. The house is very beautiful inside and out, the view was amazing. It is very clean inside. The only issue is the way to the house is very difficult to get to. We drove up on a hill that had a lot of bumpy roads and a lot of garbage. Keep in mind if you stay here that once you go out, try to do all of your outings because it’s hard to go back and forth to the house."

"The hotel is great and was clean however the AC did not work the first night of our two night stay. The food choices at the buffet was also not great. We waited 2 hours at the Jamaican restaurant the first night and still left without dessert. Proper training of the restaurant staff is badly needed. Every one was just looking unhappy and like they did not want to be there."

Unfortunately, the customer service was very poor and is an area that needs significant improvement. While the accommodations and dining experience were enjoyable, the level of service negatively impacted my overall stay. Having stayed at all three of their Montego Bay properties, I found this one to be the weakest overall experience."
